Alessia was so committed to these principles that she set aside her law degree from Bocconi University to follow her greatest passion: good food, and all the wonderful things that can happen when people sit around a dinner table together.

So, in 2010 she made her communications sector debut with Le Fooding, the celebrated French guide to all things gastronomic, conceiving and bringing off unconventional events in Milan, Paris and New York; she knew right away that she’d found her calling.

Back in Italy, she stepped up her digital skills, developing original communications strategies for important luxury brands. A believer in the power of teamwork, in 2013 she founded her communications agency in Milan.

Her clients include Michelin-starred chefs, gourmet restaurants, start-ups, top brands, hip, trendy bars, wineries and outstanding names in the food & beverage, lifestyle and hospitality sectors.
